Returns for Western Hats

We offer a 7-day return policy for our Western hats. If you are not completely satisfied with your hat, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The hat must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No Returns on Apparel and Accessories

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following items:
